Little Froggy spent the weekend with MeMe and came home today. She was very pleasant and seemed to be in a very good mood. Once MeMe left she sat down with her markers and dry erase boards and started drawing. Imagine my surprise when I looked down and saw this:
She wouldn't tell me who he was or what he was doing. In fact, she seemed upset that I even noticed. But I was SOOO HAPPY! This is the first stick figure she's drawn at home. We've been drawing them for her since she was old enough to start being interested. We'd draw Mommy and Daddy and Little Froggy and she just loved it, but she'd never try to reproduce it. So this is a big deal for us.
So while I had my camera out I figured I'd take a couple new pictures.
She decided to hide from me while I was taking pictures so it was harder to get a good shot. I'll try again tomorrow at the gym when she's really in her element. You know, if I don't forget completely.
